Speak up with confidence
scalestaar is committed to acting responsibly, lawfully and with integrity. We encourage the scalestaar Crew, contractors, business partners and other persons connected with our professional activities to raise concerns about suspected misconduct or potential violations.
What can be reported?
Concerns may include suspected fraud, corruption, conflicts of interest, breaches of confidentiality, data protection or information security incidents, discrimination, retaliation, financial misconduct or other potential violations of applicable law or internal policies. This channel is intended for concerns about potential misconduct or violations. General customer enquiries, product support requests and commercial complaints should be submitted through our regular contact channels.
Confidentiality
Reports will be handled confidentially and access will be limited to the persons responsible for receiving and assessing them. Information will only be shared where necessary for the assessment, investigation or fulfilment of legal obligations.
Protection against retaliation
scalestaar does not tolerate retaliation against persons who raise concerns in good faith or assist with the assessment of a report.
External reporting
Depending on the subject matter and the applicable legal framework, concerns may also be reported to a competent external reporting authority. In Germany, information about the external reporting office of the Federal Government is available from the Federal Office of Justice.

Anonymous and confidential reporting
You may submit a report without providing your name or email address. If you choose to provide contact details, your report will be treated confidentially, but it will no longer be anonymous.
Please avoid including information in your report or attachments that could unintentionally reveal your identity if you wish to remain anonymous.
How we handle reports?
Reports are handled confidentially and access is restricted to the persons responsible for receiving and assessing them. Information is shared only where necessary to assess the report, take appropriate follow-up action or comply with legal obligations. Personal data submitted through the speak-up channel will be processed for the purpose of receiving, assessing and, where appropriate, investigating the reported concern.
